Robert (Bob) Rohner, after he took
over the multi milliondollar successful "Family Business from John E. Rohner and
was the President of Rohner Machine Works in 1982 when he took the "family
business" through Bankruptsy Chapter 11. He then ran the business until he became a part of
Papp International in 1982. In 1985 he left Papp International to
form Rohner Engineering, now also defunct. He worked for Papp International from
1982 to 2004 (according to his resume) as a project
engineer. Dates don't seem to match but..
Robert supplied all the
information and commissioned this web site from John Rohner. However, he failed
to pay any expenses, even simple web hosting expenses and so this site now
belongs to John. As a Matter of record, The web sites published, produced and
presented were copyrighted by John 2 years before the same data was ever
copyrighted by Robert. Bob did try very hard to get John into his CEI company
though. Robert is now a part of Rohner Group, llc., who are raising money
to reclaim an antique motor from the 1980s and say they have some kind of
patent, , with Thomas Rohner in opposition to the known, filed,
PlasmERG patent which was filed as provisional Nov 2008 and final Nov
2009. BOTH were offered positions with PlasmERG and opted to raise their own money as they believe that because they "worked with Papp" they own the technology, patent or not by anyone.
The Money raising failed and they have been harassing PlasmERG people
since, and still do. Bob loves to stab John in the back any time he can with his
BS (Bob

air. --- PlasmERG is being accused of things that simply are
lies.
FIRST and
FOREMOST, Rohner Group, Robert and Tom Rohner, Have absolutely NO
Ownership of any IP, Copyrights or Patents that would give them ANY
ownership of the Technology. The videos they show,
Hardware they use and IP is all Stolen and COPIED
...
Bob is FAMOUS for his
statement "I WORKED WITH PAPP, SO I OWN THE ENGINE. PATENT or NO
PATENT".... His ONLY CLAIM TO
FAME!!!! BUT HARDLY A "PATENT" OR "OWNERSHIP"!!! He is
clueless... The www.pappengine.com site
says: "two significant breakthroughs.": "We now have videos"
Which they have now hidden from view after too many people called them on the
single cylinder hoax they had up. "led our scientists" I
suppose this is a new term for the CEI guys on the west coast. But no such
people exist at their shop. "News February
5th: new creations of Patent applications over the last months" Yet not a
single Provissional or actual patent is available from them via the USPTO.
Considering Bob's Disdain for the patent process and lack of any understanding
of it This looks pertty much like another of Bob's Lies. "News:
Tom Rohner has finally committed a Patent Pending" so maybe Tom did a
provissional sometime? "actual updated operational
electronics" Considering the broad research done at PlasmERG with a true
Controller, who cares? "Papp/Rohner Engine" There never
was or will be any such engine. There IS a Papp Engine or a Papp
International Engine.
AS I Said,
they are clueless and OWN Nothing. They were "DIRECTED" by PAPP
ONLY.!! Look at the videos they do

Tom says he has people sending him messages wanting refunds for
money sent to PlasmERG. WELL - PlasmERG would like to see these, simply so we can
sue these people for lying. PlasmERG has NOT taken any money from anyone for licenses, or
anything else. John Rohner and a couple friends support the company
and their "investment". All stock holders are very happy!.
Without collecting money from anyone how does one owe
anyone? So Who are
THESE PEOPLE? (Fantasy?) Boom Box started developing their technology in 2001, spent 51
million and 3 months ago went public with it. WE are way ahead of that time line.
My brother BOB complains that we
are defrauding someone. As stated above -- the Question is who?
The people who ARE PlasmERG know all they need to know. PlasmERG can make public what we wish, when we
wish. PlasmERG is a private
corporation. Rohner Group
has no investment and therefore no need to
know. Their actions even put them lower than "need". There
is no rule that states that PlasmERG has any
"requirement" to do anything Bob
Rohner wants. Bob nor Tom are investors,
stockholders, Board members or in any way participants of the company.
They were OFFERED a position
in PlasmERG, THEY REFUSED !!!.
One last thing. Bob
(Rohner Group) also RANTS that PlasmERGis
using HIS pictures and Videos. This
is a truly absurd statement. We make MODERN things and he
has ancient Antique things. So this too is laughable.
BOB Rohner has stated publicly
that PlasmERG has NO patent. (even though he
has been provided and seen copies of the "filing" receipt from the
USPTO) What else can we do for him? No
attorney representing Bob, Tom or Rohner Group,
has asked our attorney to have our Patent attorney verify that we
do. Besides consider that All Rohner Group ever says is WE will FIGHT
it Forever. (again you see they want to stop this technology from getting used
and helping the world, or it's the If it's not mine nobody can have
it attitude.)
Bob, Tom and Rohner Group have but
ONE claim to anything regarding this technology. if you REMEMBER this statement
BOB made regarding patents when he said of THIS TECHNOLOGY " I WORKED WITH
PAPP, SO I OWN THE TECHNOLOGY, PATENT OR NOT", I AM GOD!!!!
So the answer is NONE!!! WE HAVE A PATENT!!!!! THEY HAVE "WE WORKED WITH
PAPP" for Papp International!! Anyone ever tried to take the IP they
learned at one company and make your own money with it.? UNETHICAL?
The PlasmERG S PATENT IS FILED.... (and it

Bob wished to create this web site
for the purpose of discussing, or cussing, what he knew,
or wished to make others think he knew, about the
"Papp Engine", or more correctly the "Papp International Engine",
(there never was a "Rohner Engine")
and to present to the world, some compelling video of its history, importance,
creation, and operation, only available from him, as he believes that even
though the copyright belongs to Papp International, as it was
recorded on their site, he owns it!. As the Technology, see above. You
will notice he is not recording it, it is done in Papp's Garage and he is
in it, as is Papp, Tom Rohner, Tom Miller and others so it is hard to believe he
has any ownership of these since they are on Papp International property and
have no authorization to video in writing. But, as a matter of fact and
record, Bob had the videos removed from this site by
having a lawyer send a threatening letter (based on the DMCA
not Copyright law) to our Web Page Host, even though the lawyer had, and
has, no proof of any ownership. Seems the new Digital Millennium

that since Jr's presidency, or should I say Cheney, was the worst this

George. Bob also forgets that John's web
sites were copyrighted before his, by over a year, and that his "copyright",
now, is 2007. The DMCA was meant to be used for movies and audio
recordings, to thwart pirates, and it was championed by the RIAA and MPAA.
The USPTO is the place for normal copyrights and other such things.. But that's
life and these OLD video's are nice for history but do nothing for
today. Quite honestly with the payment of a $100 bill anyone could have
them taken from his site, as well, since the real owner, using his logic, is NOT
him. He has no document of ownership and can not. But hardly worth the
time. John decided that any legal action to ascertain true
copyright was not worthy of the time, or expense, so these videos were
simply removed by John. It's all history, from over 25 years ago, anyway. And
Bob is John's brother.The "Take it Down" order came as part of Bob's refusal to join John after John filed his patents and
offered him a position with PlasmERG. He decided not to join anything that would
not get him all the motor sales, as John wanted to spread the wealth. NOR would
it allow Bob to continue to be GOD and kill another business, it has a board of
directors for direction. Bob also decided
to "steal" the money John and his wife paid Bob to help him out, keep him
from being foreclosed and losing everything, and buy our dad's old house,
although, it turns out later Janet, his wife, owned the property and
everything else and that there was a property Tax Lien against the house as
well. John
and his wife had given Bob $36,000 to keep him from foreclosure
and losing everything. Bob had told them "Buy the House for $45K and in 5
years I'll buy it back for $90K and double your money or else I will lose
everything tomorrow as the foreclosure is overdue now". SO John's wife, who did not
trust him, gave Bob the $36K he needed to pay the bank and deferred the $9k until
Bob gave her a receipt and bill of sale and the property "closed". After 3 and
a half years and many requests, as I trusted my brother, Bob and Janet had
"magically" forgotten to get them this final paperwork, collect their
money and let the house "close". Maybe because it had a over $4k back tax tag?.
Maybe because Bob and Janet's Daughter, and son in law, moved home, could not
afford to rent a place and Bob and Janet needed a place to shuffle them?
The tax lien is still not bad when you consider the Machine shop itself, above
in picture, has over $100K is tax arrearages UNPAID. And is falling down, no
bathrooms, in someplaces there's no roof BUT..... The
lawyers are arguing about that!!!!
THIS IS THE SINGLE MOST
SIGNIFICANT DEVELOPMENT SINCE FIRE. Bob and his brothers, Tom and
John, were associated with Joseph Papp, for years. (This statement is not true, as
published originally on Bob's site. John was never associated with Papp, as matter of fact he never met
Papp. But Bob was posturing to get financing to rebuild the 20+ some year old
engine he had and to re employ his CEI people. (John was a well know, respected and maybe even
famous "new product designer" so Bob was using him to help his
sales pitch.) As a matter of fact Bob was telling John that "Only our
people in CEI are smart enough to figure this out. You never will." That
made John decide to go ahead and fully figure it out. To say to someone, as
accomplished as John, that he was too dumb to do what others had been unable to
do after spending over 25 years and millions of dollars was a bit of a
challenge. It took John 2 months to figure out and patent. So he was definitely
"not smart enough." Or maybe he really did want to see it
happen? In reality it looks more likely, and
the "Plans" John saw pointed this out, that as long as there was "money for
research" it would never get to production. We worked with
him closely, as you will see in some videos, to mechanically, electronically and
electrically design, redesign, create molds, PC Boards, build and generally
create this engine and make it work. (This engine being the "Papp
International" Engine since Bob, as has stated on his resume, worked for
them from 1982 through 1985, see the DOC page for Bob's Resume
.)
Bob is a Fine Mechanical Engineer, Probably one of
the best, although he has fallen behind the technology and calls the 3D
CAD/CAM that John uses "cartoons " because he
can not do this modern design stuff. But 26+ years ago it was different and he
did real well with the hardware.
You can not fault with anything
that ether Bob, nor Tom and those that helped them, did in 198x's. The world
was different and the technology was not yet there. What is common place now
did not exist.
The rest of this page, like
the "Rohner Machine" website, is simply a
"Sell Bob as THE person to rediscover and SEND money" pitch to
raise money for Bob and CEI.
Robert Rohner has no ownership of any patents, provisional
or otherwise, or of any Hardware or IP, of any kind, it's all "stolen", non
existent or in his "mind". HIS FANTASY... "I WORKED WITH
PAPP so I OWN IT". "I AM GOD".....
HE fails to mention that in 27 years he has nice
old Videos but has done nothing to get "HIS" to help the world.
The following pages continue to "correct" the record. The Docs page has some interesting documents
including my offer to them three times and their refusals, well unless unprintable.
TIME TO SET THE RECORD COMPLETELY STRAIGHT
NOW that they have OPENLY attacked
PlasmERG, it is no longer a Brother at brother thing. Our
attorney is collecting the Data from their attorney.
When BOB, on behalf of Rohner
Group, decided to, stab John in the back, and attack a third party, the
ACE Awards, because PlasmERG, the company, was a "finalist" for an award, it
changed. John is a well known and respected design engineer which
made him a candidate. But this attack was against the Company, even though
Bob used a lot of slurs against John in his RANTS and Phone messages etc.
Supposedly we are infringing their copyrights, patents and intellectual
properties. Of course we all know they have copyrights against video they did
not create but the rest is laughable. Bob has quoted publicly from a stolen
PlasmERG Document. If the
gloves are off so be it. They are jealous, greedy, chicken,
wanabees that can not even design a motor of their own or create technology
of their own. So let's call them on it. All they have is stolen Properties.
Look at their
sites; Do you
see anything that is new?
Anything that was not developed for Papp International long ago?
ANY NEW THINKING AT ALL?
Nope, same old stolen engine using the
same old stolen IP. So let's
hear it for their innovation.
PlasmERG
has NOTHING BUT NEW!!!!!!! Yet, somehow
we are copying anything from them!!!!! SURE!!!!
