My Brother Tom died Saturday of complications from a experimental cancer treatment in Thailand.
As Head Of the Rohner family let me say, " I am sorry he is gone but now he is without pain."

     my lil brother, Bob, told me that Tom had recovered, and was well, two years ago. I thought it was because I would not give him our patent for posterity. BUT... Bob then blocked my wife and I from having any contact with Tom since, as Bob took over Tom's Email and lead us to believe Tom did not wish Contact with us since he was cured. (Thanks Bob and Dr. Janet Rohner)
     BUT, Tom will be remembered as he is why the 1982/83 engine even worked. He and Tom Miller took my controller design and used it as the Motor control. Good enough to get it to run. Tom was also the OWNER of Rohner Group, which Bob has been using for his personal vendettas against anyone that he finds out might be my friend. I am sure this insanity will continue, too.
     Unfortunately, his work was "thrown away" by Bob, and his CEI "super crew" when they resorted to Mechanical relays, that has never worked.
     I was not that close to him as he is 9 years my junior and I left home while he was a kid and never returned until a couple years ago. But he did have a good life and will be missed.

NOW THEY ARE CALLED "ROHNER GROUP, LLC" but STILL same people!!!!

     Robert (Bob) Rohner, took over the multi million dollar very successful "Family Business" from John E. Rohner, my dad. He was the President of Rohner Machine Works in 1982 when he took it through Bankruptcy Chapter 11. He then ran the business until he became a part of Papp International in 1982. In 1989 he left Papp International and after founding CEI he formed Rohner Engineering (his wife's company), now also defunct. He worked for Papp International from 1982 to 2004 (according to his resume) as a project engineer. Dates don't seem to match but.. That is where he learned all about the Papp Engine and such, from Papp International. Everything he learned and even some of his current hardware is stolen from Papp International as was everything that was done at his CEI company. He has spent twenty some years defrauding investors with knowledge that did not belong to him and scramming money and it looks as if Tom did so as well.
     The web page at www.rohnermachine.com is full of stolen videos made on Papp international property and being used without license from the original copy righter. He has finally corrected the web site so at least he is not lying about John Rohner's involvement with Papp etc. That was done to help him and Tom raise monies for their CEI buddies. CEI has raised and spent millions and have accomplished nothing. They did file a patent but that patent is now in question as it was based on information supplied to them by Robert and Tom from the IP and hardware they developed under Papp International. Stolen properties. Bob did try very hard to get John into his CEI company though.
     Robert is now a part of Rohner Group, llc., and back raising money to reclaim an antique motor, from the 1980s(stolen hardware), and Thomas Rohner may have had some kind of patent application, based on their stolen information, filed in opposition to the known filed PlasmERG patent which was filed, as provisional Nov 2008 and final Nov 2009, and is NOT based on stolen information.
      BOTH, Bob and Tom, were offered positions with PlasmERG and turned it down. They opted to raise their own money as they believe that because they " worked with Papp" they own the technology, patent or not by anyone. The Money raising failed and they have been harassing PlasmERG people since, and still do. Bob loves to stab John in the back any time he can with his BS (Bob Speak).

FYI.     The top picture is the current, as it looks now, "Rohner Machine Works " building. It is empty and needs to be torn down. On the right side in the picture you can see the "Office" building. The roof collapsed some years back and has never been fixed. Been snowed on several times as well as rained on so it is unusable as it has no roof.
     The small door is where the workers went in when the shop was running 3 shifts a day 7 days a week, before Bob. It is now where Bob has his stolen engines and works on them. That is the little room that Rohner Group is using to keep their stolen hardware and develop in.

     John and his wife bought the house in front of the shop, supposedly, from Robert (lower picture) however after three years of promising to get them even a simple receipt for their $36 thousand dollars Robert never did. Funny thing is he did not even own the house his wife did and there was a county tax lien on it as well. His wife was a full partner in this fraud as she never made any comment every time the questioned was asked, at family get together's or at John's Fair Box or any of the many shows, like dolly Parton and Reba, that John took both Bob and Tom and wives to. Bob seems to think that because his wife never made any move to get things done to HER property she is faultless. But I think the normal person can see the fraud and theft that went on by both. Bobs wife is a Professor at Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, IA. She was a FULL party to their fraud and the theft of money from Bob's trusting brother. Great person to be a Prof at a Catholic College, huh. Yup, it can be proven..

     The upper right picture is the extension to the shop. It also has a "holy" roof and this is where Tom manufactured the Linear Amplifiers for John and then threw John out and manufactured and sold them for himself. Really upstanding people. Tom went on to make a bundle and John went back to California and changed the unit design and a couple years later sold the company for what he is using to fund PlasmERG now. Tom is, like Bob, Broke from too many fancy cars, etc..??

        FIRST and FOREMOST, Rohner Group, Robert Rohner, NOR CEI have absolutely NO Ownership of any IP, Copyrights or Patents that would give them ANY ownership of the Technology.      NONE

        Bob is FAMOUS for his statement "I WORKED WITH PAPP, SO I OWN THE ENGINE.
    PATENT or NO PATENT"....      His ONLY CLAIM TO FAME!!!!
   BUT HARDLY A "PATENT" OR "OWNERSHIP"!!!       Bob is clueless...

   Rohner Group can not get a "supposedly running" engine, from 1982, to run.  Maybe PlasmERG should loan them a controller. Opps, they say they will use a "Mechanical" controller because ours is too modernb> and Bob said that Tom had stated he actually laughs at our advanced Controller. I guess a CMOS Oscillator and old EEPROMS are the "new wave" to him.
     PlasmERG keeps doing new things.
     But Rohner Group, for all their bragging, can not get a supposedly running motor from 1982 to run. They have nothing NEW just SOS.

   HERE IS The REAL Rohner Group engine, as of April 25, 2011 according to their web sites. Note that they use a 2002 copy of the 1982 Papp International "Papp Engine" and their SUPER DUPER "Modern" Controller, designed by CEI for these engines. These were manufactured without permission from the owner of the technology, and all 5 leased at $50,000 each, by Bob..
    Manufactured, as all were, without permission, STOLEN,
   AND as all before Never run engine.
   Is this NOT a MODERN Beauty.. Those are ancient Relays and UJTs and such!!!
