Many people ask if I am afraid Bob Rohner OR "Rohner Group" will sue me.
I ask WHY? Look at this taken from his EMailed Dec 30, 2008, right after I offered them a part, Threat:

I will call CEI and advise them to proceed with their litigation.

I will submit our budget and shareholder list as is without you.
I am in no mood for your Mickey Mouse delaying games and perfectly prepared for you.

Quite honestly, after what they pulled to get PlasmERG disqualified from being a "Finalist", let alone winning, which was a definite possibility, is so LOW that I would welcome them trying. If anyone invests with "Rohner Group" I suggest you VERIFY they have LEGAL Rights to use what they are or YOU become LIABLE for criminal charges as well, when that happens.

They say they plan to use a mechanical control system. I notice they are stating that the EEPROM design, I did for them, was NOT REAL. So who knows what they plan to use to control the over runs and under runs that will occur in a engine under load or the changes in RF frequencies and power levels over RPM's. I get the impression they have no idea how the Process works.
BUT IT DOES SPEAK of where they are and How they FEAR PlasmERG. MOSTLY it is sad they don't know DAD's Name.
