Since the day John
offered Bob and Tom a position with PlasmERG, to help John develop a new engine and get the technology and process to production and use,
Bob Rohner has been harassing John and anyone else he found out about.
His purpose was to get the Patent that John, and Haik, had originally filed away from them and into his greedy hands and HIS control. Thus making sure it never got made except as he wanted it and when he wanted it.
Most of his Email and posted Blog messages are not fit to publish as he has such a foul mouth. Besides calling names and making up fantasy he has also threatened physical bodily harm.
Bob is upset for several reasons. First and foremost because PlasmERG Owns the Technology, through their patent, he can not get funding.
But wait..in his last message to John he said he had BIG time Investment.
"Our investors', in particular the Koreans wanted one last attempt to settle even if it took seven figures to do the job."

AS They continue try to keep PlasmERG technology from being seen/used. It is interesting that they do not want this technology in the mainline when they are begging for money to refurb an old stolen Papp International engine. Dumb is DUMB.

According to the Shows communication, he did this with multiple E-Mails, Phone calls and Voice mails, to many different people, within their organization. He "ORDERED" them to change their mind. Bob on behalf of Rohner Group, as he said, stated PlasmERG was using videos and information that Rohner Group owned and was violating Rohner Group Patents, IP and Copyrights. PLUS, all kinds of personal insinuations against John personally. Even saying that John had been "fired" from every job on his resume. A VERY very Vicious attack that went on for several weeks.
None of what Bob was saying is even remotely true. Rohner Group is using stolen IP and hardware and PlasmERG is creating NEW Modern, Not ancient, products.
It is typical of the RANTS, RAVES, fantasy and jealousy that Bob Rohner has shown for over a year since he turned down John's offer to include him in PlasmERG. Bob was "chicken" to join a real company then and hell bent to keep the technology under "HIS", and only His, Control now and maybe never let it get past paying his bills. Bob made sure that they understood he was speaking for "Rohner Group". So we know that TOM is also of this same mind.
Bob and Tom, Now DBA Rohner Group, llc., have let sheer greed take them away from ethics. Bob went behind John's back to stab him AND PlasmERG, in the back, with his usual RANTS, untruths and innuendo. Bob did not even have the courage, ethics or manners to copy either John Nor PlasmERG with his attacks. Great Ethics?.
This behavior is not unusual for Bob, as many of you know. Bob has been doing stuff like this to John Rohner, and anyone else he finds out is involved with PlasmERG, for over a year. Until now, John did not wish to take any action against his Brother. But this speaks volumes about the Business Ethics at Rohner Group.
Simply Put, Bob is trying to get PlasmERG's patents given to him and PlasmERG's experience with it also, FREE. Bob harassed Haik and demanded Haik sign over the Patent to him and "he would stop".
BUT Lets Face IT. This cowardly action does speaks volumes for who Rohner Group is, as well as how frustrated and jealous they are of the PlasmERG PATENT's, progress and potential.
It is clear to see their MOTIVES are "If we can't have it NOBODY CAN". They did this because they are to chicken to wait until they lose when they attack the PlasmERG Patent. They are afraid that PlasmERG may win and they need to hold up PlasmERG in any way they can at any cost and in any way. Anyone doubt this? Well they showed their TRUE YELLOW color to the world. No wonder they took in over 15 million and got NOTHING..

They can not get a "supposedly running" engine, from 1982, to run. Maybe PlasmERG should loan them a controller. Opps, they say they will use a "Mechanical" controller because ours is too modern and Tom has stated he actually laughs at it. I guess a CMOS Oscillator and old EEPROMS are the "new wave" to him. We keep doing new things. But they can not get a supposedly running motor from 1982 to run. They have nothing NEW just SOS.
THIS is now in the hands of our lawyers. PlasmERG has never taken any legal actions against Bob or Tom because they were John's brothers. Now, we see just how "BROTHERLY" they can be, we see how wrong we were. Our response will now be "talk to our attorney or the court".
They MUST BE hurting for MONEY in their pockets, the millions that they thought they were going to bilk out of investors, Remember Bob is CEI. I guess that because the word got out that PlasmERG had a patent, even application, that "money for nothin" has not happened. Get The Picture.!!!!! Rohner Group had stated " PUBLICLY "They had and could provide proof BUT Rohner Group responded by stated that they would show it to others and not PlasmERG's attorney.

Thus,Rohner Group refused to show ANY proof, which was as expected. (No one can show what you have not got.)
PlasmERG, after the 3 day request period, let Rohner Group Know that whatever actions were needed would be taken.

So PlasmERG, Inc., for doing NOTHING wrong except being good enough to win a prize, was supposed to go out of business.

History says that engine was taken by the IRS and later "magically" disappeared, or was stolen, from the IRS holding area, along with the mixer.
Has anyone seen a release, or any Documentation from the IRS that these are not those stolen parts? IS this is a LEGAL Engine or stolen property from the IRS.
Has anyone seen any documentation from Papp International that allows them to use the Papp International hardware, or Intellectual property?
